This was posted just before the BBS crashed. When I searched, the article showed up. Don't know what happened to the board, but since people enjoyed going to the various diners, I wanted to be sure you had a chance to read this post.......... Besides the fun of watching all of you, which Todd already mentioned, I had a great time finding and going to all of the diners. While the service level varied at each diner, the apple pie ala mode was excellent at all of them. ('urp!) If you'd like to locate diners near you, go to http://www.dinercity.com/ and select your state. They have a listing of many of the classic diners. (No, the "Silver Diner" chain does not count) This was our primary resource for research. Lastly, I'd like to thank Todd. The Diners Of America theme was his suggestion in the first place. Louis

I saw a post on LD riders a little while ago about different requirements for MD 20-20 registration than is listed on the web site, or am I dreaming (again)? Of course of all the stuff I save to my hard drive, this was not one of them. Thanks, Bob Held
